Meditate & Create

Meditate and Create with Jennifer and Amy @ Lady Jade's Zen Den (Women's Circle) - First we will welcome you onto your mat with an opportunity to settle in and select an oracle card, grounding into a safe and nurturing environment. Jennifer will then guide circle members in a calming meditation inspiring our creativity ready for our creative flow session with Amy. Each month will have its own theme and focus with Jennifer's meditations complimenting Amy's creative prompts. All levels of experience - to zero, completely welcome! We will close each session with an optional opportunity to share our experience with the rest of the circle.
